iNNOVATIONS Cancellation/Refund Policies

We are excited about 2023 iNNOVATIONS USA and we want you to be too. But we understand, things do happen - please notify us if your plans to attend have changed ASAP!

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

For cancelations made 4 weeks before the conference or later, a refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received after that date. ASI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrants with appropriate documentation.
