This online work shop outlines using Process Manager as a workflow management tool that allows you to build and define templates that include tasks and procedural steps for a particular project or business process. This workshop combines lecture and hand-outs, with time for discussion.

The class will include the steps to install Process Manager, create Action plans, create contacts and roles, create a project, tie a project to contacts, etc. This course will be a combination of demonstration followed by lab assignments.
