During these one hour online sessions, one of our experienced iMIS Coaches will be available to help answer any questions you might have about the specific session topic. These topics range across the iMIS platform and are geared to specific areas to allow you to find the sessions that best suit your needs. These Ask the iMIS Coach
sessions are a different format to our standard At Your Desk training classes. First of all, while your iMIS Coach will have examples available to demonstrate from within iMIS and will kick off the session highlighting any new features or best practices on the topic from the latest version of iMIS, they wont be going through a formal training class agenda and wont be running any labs or exercises. These sessions are meant to be more free-form and focused on Q&A, as they are your opportunity to ask any questions you may have on the specified topic. Second, your iMIS Coach wont be providing access to remote training servers or sending out training materials like they would in a formal training class. Finally, when you register for a session, you can submit your questions ahead of time. This will provide the iMIS Coach with feedback on the sorts of specific items you and your fellow attendees are interested delving into more fully.
In order to get the most out of these Ask the iMIS Coach
sessions, we recommend that you first attend a set of At Your Desk classes, which will be different for each specific Ask the iMIS Coach
session. The list will be provided in the session details page. Once you have completed these formal training classes, you will be ready to get the most out of the Ask the iMIS Coach
session. Your iMIS Coach will let you know if questions are covered in more detail in one of our training classes.
