ALERT: ASI's Asia-Pacific Technical Support will be closed on 10th November 2020 for Annual Training. This will affect all Asia-Pacific clients using iMIS, Donman and Association Online. Any site down issues should be logged as a Hosting ticket - make sure to select Yes to the "Is Hosting" question so they can see it. Normal support issues will be attended to as soon as possible on Wednesday 11th November.. 

Technical Support is available Monday through Friday. Questions submitted after 7:00 P.M. (after 5:00 P.M. on Friday) and before 8:00 A.M. will be addressed the next business day. For more information about ASI Support please download and review the Customer Support Policy below.
