Each year, the complimentary, invitation-only Insights conference brings together executives from the iMIS community to hear about the latest product updates, learn how to use the products more effectively, provide feedback, and network with colleagues from the not-for-profit sector.

The programme began with iMIS product updates followed by a briefing on how iMIS can be used to help comply with the impending General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) presented by Martin Thompson of MAST. After lunch, attendees chose between two tracks, "Optimising iMIS 20" and "Improving Performance," which included sessions on query building, dashboards, website management, engagement scoring, process automation, and email marketing.

Six iMIS partners joined ASI in sponsoring the event: (C) Systems Global, iFinity, Lane Services, MAST, NiUG, and Zentso.
