The Appraisal Foundation, a Congressionally authorized not-for-profit organization established in 1987, is dedicated to promoting professionalism and ensuring public trust in the valuation profession. The Appraisal Foundation was struggling with an outdated system that was difficult and cumbersome to use. It was failing to meet their current requirements and certainly couldn't help them stay ahead of future needs. TAF wanted a new system that was easy for staff to use, had the newest features, delivered a superior shopping experience, offered consumer-friendly navigation, and integrated all of their data in one system for greater control.


TAF spent considerable time understanding their business requirements prior to searching for a solution that would meet their needs without customization. They interviewed several providers but the Success Partnership Program (SPP) was the deciding factor. iMIS was the only solution that provided an opportunity to try it out — through a hands-on preview with TAF’s own data and processes — to see exactly how the system could work for them before purchasing. The highly professional ASI team made sure that the system addressed each of TAF's concerns and that they felt completely comfortable with the solution. Once the SPP was completed on-schedule and according to plan, TAF had no doubt that the iMIS solution was the right decision for them.
