The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), formed in 1995, is led by a team of passionate volunteers who all strive to help champion and empower women in the construction and related industries to reach their full potential. With Chapters in every state and territory, they are also part of a global network of NAWIC organisations, including those in the United States, New Zealand and Canada. NAWIC provides a forum for its members to meet and exchange information, ideas and solutions. They also offer their members an opportunity to expand personal and business networks, maintain awareness of industry developments, improve skills and knowledge and make a contribution to other women in the construction industry.
“Last year PseudoCode (our solution provider) helped us to migrate to the cloud and this year they helped us build our brand new iMIS website. In our website we have a new jobs board and they helped us build a bulk flow down for our new membership structure. All these changes within iMIS have helped us build staff productivity, increased member and volunteer engagement and has improved overall performance.
