Certified iMIS Performance Improvement Advisor (CiPIA)

The Certified iMIS Performance Improvement Advisor (CiPIA) program is an advanced certification for iMIS Professionals who are seeking to distinguish themselves as highly skilled and knowledgeable in assisting iMIS clients to achieve continuous performance improvement. This certification demonstrates that the CiPIA uses iMIS to help clients achieve continuous performance improvement following ASI best practices, and remains current with changes to both the iMIS product line and processes over time.

Who can apply and why?

  • Experienced Certified iMIS Professionals (CiPs) who are looking to achieve formal recognition that they are skilled and knowledgeable in assisting iMIS clients to achieve continuous performance improvement.
  • You benefit. CiPIA is an elite level iMIS certification that allows you to deliver Performance Improvement Service programs with iMIS clients.
  • Your company benefits. Authorized iMIS Solution Providers with qualified CiPIA on staff achieve and maintain their partner-level status.

What are the requirements?

  • You must be a current Certified iMIS Professional (CiP). At any time, if your CiP certification lapses, your CiPIA certification would immediately be suspended.
  • Client references detailing your ability to deliver performance improvement outcomes. Complete a series of specialized training courses and other designated sessions in order to gain the knowledge necessary to deliver performance improvement outcomes.
  • Conduct one of the two following service programs. (This includes providing the completed required deliverable(s) for the selected option. The CiPIA Review Committee will also survey the client involved with the service program and gain their feedback):
    1. Success Partnership Program (SPP) for Cloud Migration         
    2. Performance Improvement Advisory Service for clients being implemented and for clients post-live

What is the certification process?

  • Complete or renew CiP certification
  • Enroll in the Certified iMIS Performance Improvement Advisor (CIPIA) Program with ASI Training and complete the following:
    • Submission form including 2 client references
    • Complete required training courses online
    • Submit the required deliverables for the service program conducted including the following
  • Once all the elements are submitted, your application will go to the CiPIA Review Committee
  • You will be informed about your acceptance, rejection or deferral into the CiPIA program by the CiPIA Review Committee

Note: These steps need to be completed in the order above, but you cannot be certified until all steps are completed and once commenced you complete the process within 12 months.

For how long is the certification valid?

  • CiPIA maintain their certification for 2 years from the day certified.
  • You will need to remain a current CiP in good standing having completed all the bi-annual renewal requirements for that certification, and submit additional deliverables for the service programs.
