This on-line workshop introduces the staff user to the Events interface on the Staff site, handling registrations on behalf of members and their guests, printing confirmation letters and badges, processing cancellation and transfer requests, and more.
This workshop combines lecture, hand-outs and labs, with time for lab completion and discussion.
At the end of the class, attendees will have an understanding of:
- the iMIS Events interface on the Staff site
- finding, entering and updating event registrations
- generating reports and rosters
- the basics of wait lists
