During this one hour online session, one of our experienced iMIS Coaches will be available to help answer any questions you might have about using Events in iMIS. This Ask the iMIS Coach session is a different format to our standard At Your Desk training classes. First of all, while your iMIS Coach will have examples available to demonstrate from within iMIS and will kick off the session highlighting any new features or best practices about Events from the latest version of iMIS, they wont be going through a formal training class agenda and wont be running any labs or exercises. This session is meant to be more free-form and focused on Q&A, as it is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about Events in iMIS. Second, your iMIS Coach wont be providing access to remote training servers or sending out training materials like they would in a formal training class. Finally, when you register for this session, you can submit your questions ahead of time. This will provide the iMIS Coach with feedback on the sorts of specific items you and your fellow attendees are interested delving into more fully.
In order to get the most out of this Ask the iMIS Coach session, we recommend that you first attend the following At Your Desk classes:
Once you have completed these formal training classes, you will be ready to get the most out of the Ask the iMIS Coach session. Your iMIS Coach will let you know if questions are covered in more detail in one of our training classes.
Remember your fellow iMIS users in this session will have a range of knowledge and experience so some questions may seem simple or complex but hearing how others use Events will be beneficial to you. We will do everything we can to make the session fair and give as many people as possible the opportunity to ask their questions.
Note: The times listed for this class are based on North American Eastern Standard Time. Details for accessing this At Your Desk class will be emailed to you approximately 24 hours before the start of the class.
Reminder: This session will be recorded, and the recording will be made available to all attendees. By registering for and attending the session, you give permission to ASI to record, reproduce and distribute the audio/video recordings from this training session. This session should be considered a public forum.
