Cerebral Palsy League of Queensland Success with iMIS Fundraising Software

The Cerebral Palsy League (CPL) is a non-profit organisation that provides vital support to more than 8,000 children and adults with cerebral palsy and physical disabilities.

CPL provide services every day, at every stage of their clients’ lives and have been doing so for over 65 years in thousands of homes, schools, communities and workplaces across Queensland and Northern NSW. CPL's total constituency tops 35,000, donors, volunteers and other supporters.

Thanks to iMIS we now have a complete 360-degree view of our constituents and this allows us to more effectively manage our donors and grow our fundraising programs.

CPL is the largest non-government disability services provider for people with a physical disability in Queensland but still needs to raise funds for equipment, services and programs. It was vital that the organisation had a software solution it could rely on that was both comprehensive and easy to use. It was also important to work with a company that had a solid track record of success in the not-for-profit sector.

With iMIS, CPL was able to manage fundraising, special events, lottery ticket sales and web functionality from a single, upgradeable software solution. They were able to adapt iMIS functionality to their core business, streamline their processes, monitor their database and launch communication strategies to keep constituents better informed while reducing manual tasks for staff.

After implementing iMIS on time and under budget, the Cerebral Palsy League quickly began to see a return on its investment. A combination of more efficient data processing, an integrated automatic dialing solution and a single database of constituent information allow CPL to deliver improved fundraising programs with a software system that has more control and is easier to use.
