Technical Support Community - Our support
community is a centralized source of information that provides you with
a comprehensive view of iMIS related material
such as documents, news items, community alerts, as well as access to
online support forums. Our forums give you the opportunity to connect
with our entire iMIS community of customers
and solution providers so that you receive the full benefit of our
user-based community. Ideas, suggestions and solutions from this
community deliver a value-added support system that lets you do
more with your iMIS System.
- The iMIS Help Site - Use the iMIS Help Site to access comprehensive, up-to-date
information straight from your iMIS
application. Our Help files reside on docs.imis.com so that you can access the latest
information and documentation without needing to wait for updates. The
contents of the new iMIS Help Site represent
the latest iMIS documentation, including
downloadable, print-ready references. These references contain
comprehensive information on each feature set and remain available on
the Help Site so you don't have to log in to the HelpNet community to
find documentation. Because we're posting them in Word format, you can
print, format and adapt them in any way that works best for
you.
- Search
the Knowledgebase - The iMIS Knowledgebase is an extensive repository of
iMIS product information assembled so that you
can search and filter for specific information. Whether you're looking
for a specific technical feature, or wondering if someone else has
already asked the same type of question, our knowledge repository gives
you the flexibility to search for meaningful information culled from a
variety of sources.
- Search
Issues - While you can search for
information specific in nature using the Knowledgebase, this particular
search application gives you insight into known and quantifiable issues
that have been recognized and/or addressed by ASI's development team.
This specific
designation of information provides you with information with regards to
items that have been resolved or included in subsequent product
releases, as well as those that are known issues. This feature is
heavily used by our community of solution providers as part of an
ongoing exchange of information that serves to improve our product
features in each iterative release.
