Why did you redesign the sites?

We've redesigned our sites to provide you with easy access to information about ASI and our product, iMIS, in a manner that encourages community participation and feedback. These sites have been designed with a key focus on our community of customers and partners - to celebrate their successes, and to demonstrate our pride in their achievements.


Our sites reflect our global stance in the marketplace. Whether you're in Austin, Toronto, London or Melbourne, you'll be able to find information that is localized to your region of choice. We've included opportunities to learn more about local customers that have succeeded with iMIS, and demonstrate the level and depth of services available through the solution provider channel.


Our new design is a modern take on our corporate values and philosophies. You'll notice similar themes across all of our portal sites that reflect a clean, modern, aesthetic design. We're making every effort to ensure that everyone, both new to the iMIS Community and those who regularly participate and interact with ASI, know what we stand for, what we're proud of and what motivates us to create solutions that help non-profits further their missions.


How will these new sites help me?

We've redesigned our websites to improve your web experience so that you don't struggle to find relevant material. We wanted to alleviate the reliance on book-marked pages that were difficult to locate, and give site users context when reviewing company and product information.


As existing customers and partners, we understand how valuable your time is. Weve designed a new iMIS Product Portal that provides you with a comprehensive view of iMIS 15, and that also consolidates all of the available Technical Support resources that are part of the Software Update Plan. On one single site, you'll be able to submit technical support requests, sign up and participate in the Tech Support community, download the latest product releases, search the iMIS Knowledgebase and see how the iMIS product suites can support your diverse business needs


Do I need a web account to access the sites?

You will need a web account to submit technical support requests and access certain features. If you already have an ASI Website account, then all you need to do is log in. If you don't have an account, please sign up for one, and you'll receive your account information within one business day.
