We are the developers of iMIS, a comprehensive not for profit software solution that enables your organisation to manage its people, operations, and resources.

We have more than 2,500 iMIS customers, 50 authorised iMIS solution providers, and 175 employees throughout North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. As well as our London office (sales and marketing) and Suffolk office (Customer Support and R&D), ASI has its main offices in Toronto; Melbourne; Austin, Texas; and Washington, DC.

ASI was founded by Bob Alves,Don Robertson, Edie Robertson, and Larry Testa. All of the original founders are still involved in the day-to-day operations of ASI.

The company was founded on a vision of a self-sustaining community of users, independent resellers, and industry partners built around a uniform product with broad appeal in the not for profit market.

Our Customers

European associations have been using iMIS for 12 years. ASI Europe now has over 110 customers in the UK and Europe including The Royal Society of Chemistry; overseas development charity EveryChild and Harper Adams University College. More recently we have welcomed The Fairtrade Foundation and the ruling Irish Republican party, Fianna Fáil, to the iMIS community.
