This website, or rather, series of websites, represents an effort that began months ago with corporate and product rebranding and continues with the release of the next evolution of iMIS, iMIS 15. So what exactly have we done?

We’ve updated, and in some cases created, corporate websites for our offices in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to better represent the global presence of ASI. Over time these offices will regionalize these sites even more to suit the needs and preferences of their respective regions.

You will also notice that we are prominently featuring our customers on these sites. We will be using these corporate sites to not only tell the ASI story, but to also celebrate our customers and the important work they are doing. With more than 2500 customers worldwide, including more than 500 who have used iMIS for ten years or more, we’ve got a lot of stories to tell. This will be an important focus of these sites so check back often to see who we are highlighting. If you are an iMIS customer and want to be highlighted just send us a note .

We’ve created a comprehensive product website, a first in the non-profit industry, to support iMIS users. From tech support, to documentation, to discussion forums, and more, this site brings together all the resources iMIS users need to get the most out of their systems. It also includes information that demonstrates the breadth and flexibility of iMIS and represents the wide-variety of non-profits using iMIS today.

What is unique about this site is that we offer all of our customers, which means more than 30,000 individual users worldwide, the same level of information and support. Because iMIS is one standard product, continuously upgraded over 15 years, we are able to offer standard tech support, standard documentation, and standard training. In addition to this, iMIS users can leverage the collective knowledge of a worldwide community of users with years of experience implementing and using iMIS.

As with any website, the work doesn't stop after its launch so check back often as we continue its evolution!
