Registration Fees/Pricing
Scheduled iMIS training courses are priced at:

$165 per person for At Your Desk courses (no early
bird discounts applicable)

$550.00 per person for one-day courses for early bird
registrations received at least two weeks prior to the
course
-
$1100.00 per person for two-day courses for early bird
registrations received at least two weeks prior to the
course
For registrations received less than two weeks
before the course date:
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

For At Your Desk courses, registration fees cover:
A remote connection to the instructor, a freecall telephone
conference call number, and your own remote image to view the
instructor’s workstation and complete the exercises and labs. All
you need is a phone line, and the ability to use Remote Desktop
Connection to another server. Ask your IT person if you need help. To
test your connection ahead of time, contact us at info_aust@advsol.com.
We encourage that for the best learning experience, each desktop
connection is limited to one student.
Early Bird Discounts
Registrations received at least two weeks prior to
the course commencement date will receive a $110 discount per day of
training. Discounts are not available for At Your Desk
courses.
Discounted Registration Fees are:
The early bird discount is not available in conjunction with any other
offers or discounts and is not available for At Your Desk courses.
Payment
You will be invoiced for training upon confirmation of the training
course (10 days prior to course commencement for face to face courses
and 5 days prior for AYD courses).
Payment terms are 14 days. Payment can be made by cheque, EFT or
credit card (Visa, Bankcard & Mastercard only).

We advise if you're travelling from interstate or overseas
to attend a course that you book flexible/refundable airline tickets and
accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
After registering:
1. You will receive an email from us within two days of
registering to acknowledge your registration. This is not a
confirmation. If you do not receive this please contact us
on +61 3 9869 7500 as we may not have your registration
information and you may not be registered.
2. Courses are not confirmed to go ahead until 10 days prior to the
course date (5 days for AYD). You will be emailed with a final
confirmation of the course (and payment details) OR advised of any
course cancellation. For At Your Desk training you will receive final
details for joining the session via email no less than 5 days prior to
the course date. If you do not receive this email please
contact us on +61 3 9869 7500 as we may not have you registered for the
training course.
If you're travelling from interstate or overseas for our training
course we advise that you book flexible/refundable airline tickets and

Registration Deadlines

To receive the early bird discount you must register no later than
two weeks prior to the course start date.

Registrations received less than two weeks prior to the course will
be charged the regular rate.

To secure your place at the course we advise you book early. If
inadequate bookings are received two weeks prior we may be forced to
postpone the course.
Cancellation Policy
Face to face courses:
-
Registrations cancelled more than 10 days prior to the first day of
the course will receive a full refund.

Registrations cancelled between 10 and 1 day prior to the first day
of the course will be charged 50% of the full course registration fee
(not discounted amounts).

All cancellations must be made in writing to

ASI reserves the right to cancel any class with inadequate
registration 10 days prior to the course date – all registrants
will be advised.

Registrants who fail to turn up at the course on the scheduled day
are considered "no shows" and will be charged the full course
registration fee (not discounted amounts).

advised.

At Your Desk courses:

Registrants who fail to log in to the session on the scheduled day
and time are considered "no shows" and will be charged the full session
registration fee. If you experience technical difficulties logging in,
please call us on +61 3 9869 7500 to notify us, otherwise you will be
assumed a no show and the full registration fee will be charged.

Class Size
Face to face classes are generally limited to 6 people per class.
Class Hours
All ASI face to face training classes begin promptly
at 9:00 am and end approximately at 4.30 pm (unless stated differently
on your registration confirmation notice). Please plan accordingly for
traffic and parking when attending your training class.
At Your Desk classes run for two hours each at either 9
am – 11 am, 11.30 am to 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm
– Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (Melb/Sydney
time).
Locations & Directions
ASI Training is held at ASI Offices in Melbourne and Sydney and at
Cliftons Computer Training Facilities or similar facilities in other
cities. Venues are conveniently located in the CBD and close to public
transit. Training locations are subject to change. Registrants will be
notified.

What is At Your Desk Training?
At Your Desk training is held at your desk! For each class, you
will be provided with a remote connection to the instructor, a freecall
telephone conference call number, and your own remote image to view the
instructor’s workstation and complete the exercises and labs. All
you need is a phone line, and the ability to use Remote Desktop
Connection to another server. Ask your IT person if you need help. To
test your connection ahead of time, contact us at info_aust@advsol.com.
At Your Desk training include instructor led presentation,
demonstrations, and hands-on practice. All examples and labs in this
course use ASI's servers and require that you have Microsoft Remote
Desktop connection.
