Biography
Donna Sayegh is the glue that holds Advanced Solutions
International together. While she doesn't juggle (that we know of!), she
has a knack for balancing more tasks than she'd like to admit. In her 12
years with the company, Donna has been the manager of several different
departments including Technical Support, Training, Quality Assurance,
Product Development, Information Technology and Information
Development.
While her studies at the University of Illinois and Texas
A&M University, where she holds, respectively, a Bachelor of Arts in
Business/Finance and a Masters in Business Administration, prepared her
for the work, the desire to be inspired by others' work gave Donna the
drive to work with non-profits.
Between cheering for her daughters' basketball team and
triathlon training, Donna has managed to continue being an invaluable
asset to ASI's award winning customer service program. As the Vice
President of Operations, she has led the company's Technical Support
department to three consecutive STAR awards for Excellence in Customer
Service, as well as the achievement of three prestigious Service Center
Practices (SCP) certifications.
"Helping people is a mindset, not a job title," says Donna.
"Technology can have every bell, whistle or flashy feature, but what
separates a vendor from a valued business partner are the people who
answer the phones and know how to help a customer."
