Our Implementation Methodology

The ASI Implementation Cycle

Our ground-breaking 6-phase Agile Implementation Methodology (AIM)™ streamlines the implementation process so you can quickly and easily begin using your system. The key to our process is dividing up the project into manageable two-week iterations during the Configuration and Testing phases. We review progress with key stakeholders at the end of each iteration so that we get feedback early and often, as opposed to waiting until the system is complete.

This enables us to avoid the pitfalls and problems associated with outdated "waterfall" enterprise software implementation processes and help you achieve:

Deeper End-User Engagement
End-user testing and feedback is incorporated at each iteration ensuring maximum user engagement throughout the entire implementation process.

Expanded Executive Involvement
AIM is designed to provide regular and easy-to-understand executive updates ensuring maximum project transparency.

Faster ROI
AIM focuses on allowing the client go-live in the shortest possible time realizing benefits and savings from the new system while continually improving operations during the Continuous Performance Improvement phase.

On-Time and On-Budget Implementation
Efficient scope management is the base of AIM. Each iteration focuses only on the critical tasks that add maximum value to the project. If a mistake is made or changes occur in the business environment, corrective action can be taken quickly and affordably. On-time and on-budget implementation is not just a goal, it's a reality. According to Lehman Reports' Annual AMS Survey, we consistently receive the highest ratings for client satisfaction with the implementation experience.
