ProgressCRM from ASI Europe rated No.1 for Ease of Use in Charity
CRM Software Survey
London (12th April 2010) — ProgressCRM, developed by
ASI Europe, was rated No.1 for ease of use among suppliers who serve
charities with greater than £1m in turnover, in a survey conducted
by Civil Society magazine.
Progress CRM by ASI Europe was also highly rated in "% who
recommend", and "overall rating" categories.
"We are pleased that once again ProgressCRM is rated highly by our
customers," said Robin Fisk, global fundraising product manager for ASI.
"Our commitment to our customers and to ProgressCRM is stronger than
ever and we expect to continue to expand functionality as well as add
new ProgressCRM customers in 2010."
ASI Europe was also rated highly in "knowledge of charity sector" and
"commitment to charity sector."
"Our high rating in 'knowledge of' and 'commitment' to the charity
sector, combined with our rich membership heritage, reflects our focus
on being the UK's leading not-for-profit technology expert and
provider," said Niroo Rad, CEO & managing director of ASI
Europe.
Now in its third year, the Civil Society CRM Software Survey
attracted the participation of 208 organisations. Half of these have an
annual income of between £1m and £10m, while the other half is
split between those in the <£1m income bracket (34 per cent)
and the £10m+ income bracket (16 per cent).
