Implementation Services

ASI Consulting offers a 3-tiered approach to implementations (Full, Lite, Rapid). Each approach follows the same ASI methodology from the perspective of ensuring the customer’s project has achieved the completion point for each phase, and at go live will have successfully implemented the ASI Products. The core differences between the 3 approaches is the depth of ASI Consulting leadership with information collection, analysis, advice and an ASI Consultant providing hands on mentoring and leadership during the remainder of the delivery of the projects tasks.

Enterprise Implementation

The full implementation approach focuses on significant information collection across the organization, analysis and recommendations regarding best practice processes, change management are offered by ASI Consulting, with data conversion, documentation, organization specific training, and go live support. Typically this is the implementation approach preferred by more complex organizations or those with larger budgets who have determined the significant return on investment from this approach.

Standard Implementation

The lite implementation approach focuses on information collection, with moderate analysis and recommendations regarding best practice processes, change with limited conversion, and standard product training, and go live support. Typically this is the implementation approach preferred by less complex organizations and those with limited budgets who have determined there is limited return on investment from the full approach because of their business size. Elements of the Full implementation approaches may be added to the Lite implementation for additional charge, to enable the implementation to be tailored to the specific requirements of the customer.

Rapid Install

The Rapid Install approach is focused on the simple or small organization with a very limited budget. The onus is on the customer to provide answers to survey questions that will be used to configure the products and setup the database. There is no analysis and recommendations regarding best practice processes, no data conversion, and recommended training however training is not included and go live support is also not included. Typically this is the implementation approach preferred by very simple and small organizations and those with very limited budgets who have the confidence to setup the ASI product in a standard manner and adjust their business processes to the solution over time as they learn more about the product in depth.

This approach is only recommended for organizations who have the organizational motivation to making the most of the ASI products through personal education, research, growth in value through usage.

Elements of the Full and Lite implementation approaches may be added to the Rapid Install implementation for additional charge, to enable the implementation to be tailored to the specific requirements of the customer.
