    SalesForce.com Integration with iMIS

    Using the iMIS and SalesForce.Com change logs, records are checked for differences. Logic is then used to determine which information is more current and then updated as designed. An extensive mapping sets business rules to determine which fields in iMIS get mapped to which fields in SalesForce.Com. Administrative portal provides you:

    • Configuration tools to manage the usernames, passwords associated with the installations.
    • Full scheduling of jobs including frequency and black out times/dates
    • Full logging including records updated, changes, deleted, and any records that could not be processed due to validation errors on either system.
