Chapter Activity Manager
The ATS Chapter Activity Manager provides a .Net control to be used as
an iPart or in an existing .Net web application to allow Chapters to
administer member activities through a web interface. The interface
works with iMIS General Lookup tables and
iMIS Activity configuration to display
existing activities and allows a Chapter member to view, edit and add
activities.
Technology:
- Uses .NET and iMIS Business Objects
- .Net user control that can be used as an iPart or in
a .Net web application
- Uses iMIS General Lookups
to manage access to add, edit and view activity types.
- Exposes configured activity type prompts and field
display Activity Management
- A web form is provided to view, edit and add member
activities by a Chapter user.
- A tabbed interface is used to group activities by
Activity Type.
- Tab display is controlled by a General Lookup table.
Only Activities listed in the General Lookup for viewing will be
displayed.
- A tab will be created for each viewable activity
type where the user has an existing activity record in the system.
- An edit link will be displayed for any activity type
displayed that is also configured in the General Lookup table for
Activity Edits.
- The form provided for editing and adding new
activities will display fields and prompts based on the iMIS configuration for the selected Activity Type
allowing the association staff to setup once in iMIS and be automatically used by the user
control.
