Access your iMIS contacts, ad hoc queries,
committees, events and views directly from Microsoft Outlook™.
Insert sent and received emails including attachments into iMIS as activities. Plus import iMIS tasks and appointments into Outlook™.
iEmail Features include:
e-Mails
- Search for e-mail addresses in the iMIS database for a specific contact or for a group
based on contact information, committees, events, views, or ad hoc
searches directly from Microsoft Outlook
- Drill-down and sort committee search results based on rank, name,
position, company, e-mail and committee term
- Drill-down and sort event search results by event, function,
registration, or ad-hoc
- Allow system administrator to define search options available to
end-users, determine maximum number of allowed emails to be inserted
into TO, CC, and BCC fields, and disable the ability to insert
attachments into activities in iMIS
Activities
- Import e-mails from any folder in Outlook as iMIS activities, including text and
attachments
Tasks
- Import iMIS Task activities as
Microsoft Outlook Tasks synchronize back to iMIS when task is complete in
Outlook
Appointments
- Import iMIS Appointment activities
as Microsoft Outlook Calendar entries
