During registration, users are able to track important information about the registrant including their arrival and departure information, special dietary requirements and other information that you need to know.

iMIS Events supports all kinds of events and educational seminars including single-session seminars and complex conventions. iMIS Events manages all aspects of your event management including the accurate application of early bird and member pricing for any different type of registrant you need to include. As well, tracking the audio visual and other room resources for your event is also easy using the iMIS Events module.

Online, iMIS Events is accessible to your constituents for self-registration. iMIS Events offers an easy to use, intuitive wizard that walks your constituent through the registration process from selecting the event they want to attend to answering the questions that you need about the registrant and their guests.

As one of the core iMIS functional modules, iMIS Events leverages features of many of the other product suites we offer. Events can be designated as fundraising events and increase a donor's lifetime value for the portions of the event that promote charitable giving. iMIS Events also supports the Certifications module to expand upon its role as an Educational session tool.
