We provide live and web-based Technical Support designed to assist
both new and experienced users. Our technical support team is a
multiple-year winner of the Service and Support Professional
Association’s Software Technical Assistance Recognition Award (STAR) and
Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification. SCP Certification measures
the effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of
performance standards and represents the best practices for the
industry. Tech Support resources are available to ASI customers who
participate in the ASI
Software Update plan.
