    Technical Support

    We provide live and web-based Technical Support designed to assist both new and experienced users. Our technical support team is a multiple-year winner of the Service and Support Professional Association’s Software Technical Assistance Recognition Award (STAR) and Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification. SCP Certification measures the effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of performance standards and represents the best practices for the industry. Tech Support resources are available to iMIS customers who participate in the iMIS Software Update plan.

    iMIS Knowledgebase Search – The iMIS Knowledgebase is a searchable database of known/resolved technical support issues as well as all information available in the Technical Support and HelpNet Communities and other areas of our website.

    Known/Resolved Issues Search – In addition to the iMIS Knowledgebase you can also access a more focused search of Known and Resolved iMIS issues.

    Technical Support Community – The Technical Support Community is a centralized source of technical information including Tech Alerts, Tech Support news, technical downloads, and more.

    HelpNet Community – The HelpNet Community is a centralized source of product information including documentation, news, and more.

    Donman Documentation – Donman 7 documentation is available through the Donman Community
