We offer network administration and hosting of your iMIS system, website, and Microsoft Office
applications including:
- iMIS
installation, administration, and maintenance including upgrades
- Microsoft SQL database installation, administration,
and maintenance
- Microsoft Office application support, security
updates and patches, and antivirus software updates
We offer 24x7x365 performance monitoring, act as single point of
contact for iMIS support, and provide
immediate access to the latest iMIS software
releases.
Our support team has iMIS, Microsoft, and
Cisco expertise and certifications, has received a Microsoft Hosting
Solutions Competency,
and has been awarded Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification, by
the Service and Support Professional Association, which measures the
effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of
performance standards.
Technology & Infrastructure
Our hosting facilities are co-located at major world-class data
centers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia
providing a secure, efficient, and reliable environment. Our United
States data center is fully SAS 70 certified.
Security
We use Cisco ASA 5500 Series Adaptive Security Appliances for maximum
network security and IPSEC VPN tunneling capability to provide you a
secure connection to your hosted applications.
Efficiency
We offer a state-of-the art virtual infrastructure using VMware
vSphere ESX server clusters supported by an EMC Storage Area Network
(SAN) to provide every ASI customer with their own dedicated virtual
environment. This virtual infrastructure allows server resources and
disk space to be added or removed based on demand, ensuring you only pay
for what you need.
Reliability
VMWare VSphere technology includes Vmotion, which allows servers to
be migrated from one physical server to another while still running, and
VMWare High Availability (HA), a native failover capability which
monitors all servers and will instantly migrate a virtual environment to
another server providing maximum uptime during a host server
failure.
Redundant storage processers, fiber switches, and power supplies
combined with RAID5 disk drives in the SAN provide additional insurance
for maximum uptime. In the unlikely event of failure to the primary data
center we offer disaster recovery through failover to a remote backup
data center.
