iMIS Supports Restructuring of National
Kidney Foundation
The National Kidney Foundation, Inc. (NKF) seeks to prevent kidney
and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of
individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the
availability of all organs for transplantation. Founded in 1950, the
voluntary health organization supports research and research training,
educates healthcare professionals and the public, and helps to shape and
expand health policy, patient services and community resources.
