Acquisition Management Module

Many organizations rent or trade contact lists from other organizations for recruiting new constituents. iMIS Acquisition Management allows you to integrate these lists with your iMIS system once a member responds. iMIS Acquisition Management provides you with the ability to keep your iMIS database clean of unwanted records.

Acquisition management Features include:

Import

• Import contact and organization records into iMIS from an external tab-delimited file
• Store prospect contact and organization records in a separate Prospect Table within iMIS

Manage

• Search both the Name and Prospect table using the same search criteria
• Export data from the Prospect table for prospecting activities

Convert

• Convert contact and organizational records from the Prospect table to records in the Name table based on individual searches
• iMIS operations, such as a gift or order entry
• Conversions follow the standard iMIS duplicate checking process
